She doesn’t seem to mind the “serial-killer” half of her split personality, writing it off as 'just a bit strange', and nothing more, though Toko strongly disagrees with this and says that she is nothing like that. Komaru is shown to respect Toko, and admire her as a strong, skilled, and overall amazing person. She has a tendency to refer to her as “Omaru” as an insulting nickname.
In the Demon Hunting Game, Toko appears and helps Komaru through.
